Monthly QTBIPOC Taiko Drop-In

Service Description

1st Friday of every month, 6:30-8PM Lead Instructor: D (RAW Member) *Please note that this program, previously occurring weekly, has switched to a Monthly occurrence* If you are Queer and/or Trans, and a Black, Indigenous or People of Color community member (18+), join us for some gentle body movement, learning of taiko rhythms, and to find joy in playing together! A variety of playing styles and content will be taught from month to month. Drop-in is limited to 14 participants. Sign-up is required in order to secure a spot. Sign up opens 1 week prior to the start date of each drop-in. No prior taiko experience necessary. Variations will be provided for participants at differing experience levels. This program is open exclusively to participants who identify as Queer/Trans *and* Black, Indigenous, or People of Colour. $ Pay-What-You-Want (cash or card upon arrival to the studio)
