Service Description

Korean Traditional Dance: Beginner Workshop Saturday July 18, 4-6:30PM (2.5hr workshop) Lead Instructor: Jihyun Back (RAW Guest Artist) Korean traditional dance is a Korean movement art rooted in breath, rhythm, and the relationship between stillness and movement. Through basic footwork, posture, and upper-body movement, participants will explore how breath guides the body and how movement can express emotion, intention, and connection. Participants will be introduced to foundational movement exercises and simple choreography while experiencing the grace, strength, and flowing energy that are central to Korean traditional dance. Open to anyone comfortable with physical movement. No dance experience required. Cost: Sliding Scale $30-$50
