Thursdays, 6:30-8PM April 23 - June 25 (10 sessions) Lead Co-Instructor: AQ & Cia (RAW Members) Beta taiko drumming involves playing the drum flat and upright, with the head of the drum parallel to the ground. This is a great style for people who are brand new to taiko, or still finding their footing as a beginner taiko player. In this course, participants will learn the fundamentals of beta style taiko, including stance, form, grip, and strike, and will learn to play an intro-level song. No prior taiko experience necessary. Sliding scale $300-$400 + HST
